Understanding Community Led Approaches is a research paper by the Tamarack Institute which explores the gap in how organisations define and implement community-led approaches. It outlines a spectrum of Community-Led approaches from a survey of 67 organisations and compares the benefits, risks and engagement practices associated with each. The overall goal is to ensure that organisations engaging in community-led practices are working intentionally and empowering their communities with agency and leadership.
