Description
This research was conducted in 2013 by Chris Mundy, NCQ’s Sector Development Lead to explore the ways in which organisations can be supported to better appeal to and utilise male volunteers. The final research also includes examples of volunteer position descriptions that are designed to appeal to male audiences to enhance engagement.
