Description
Queensland Strategy for Disaster Resilience 2022-2027 outlines the vision, objectives and strategic commitments for Disaster Resilience in Queensland over the next 5 years. The Strategy details 4 key objectives:
- We understand the potential disaster risks we face
- We work together to better manage disaster risk
- We seek new opportunities to reduce disaster risk
- We continually improve how we prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters
The Strategy also includes comprehensive contextual information including case studies, climate change and future projections of disaster risk, systemic challenges and learnings from First Nations Peoples and Community.
