Description
This report provides an overview of the role played by the Morwell Neighbourhood House (MNH) in assisting with immediate and longer term processes of community recovery following the 2014 Hazelwood mine fire event. The report analyses interviews with key stakeholders who were part of the fire response and recovery and discusses the value, roles and strengths of MNH in this disaster response context.
